TradeMaster Track It! is a mobile database tool for tracking performance data, such as checklist data and downtime events.

 

• Track It! enables users to configure checklist documents and forms in a master database on the web, download them to a PDA, complete the checklists on the PDA, then upload the data to the master database for verification and reporting.
• Track It! automatically tracks revisions of checklist documents and checks to ensure operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors are working with the current document when they hot sync their PDA.

• Track It! helps standardize procedures by standardizing the checklists that must be completed by the technicians. This makes the organization more process-driven and efficient. In the process, Track It! also makes it easy for the organization to be ISO compliant, since Track It! helps ensure that operators and maintenance technicians are always working with the latest procedures.
